Andrew Durran is the Executive Director at EPURON P/L. Prior to joining the EPURON
team in 2005, Mr. Durran had 14 years experience in the energy industry with a special
concentration on renewable energy and sustainable solutions.

Mr. Durran has a Master of Business Administration from APESMA/ La Trobe University
in Melbourne. Mr. Durran gained valuable management experience as a Director at
Hampton Wind Park Company P/L and as an Associate Director of Business Development
at Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA).

Mr. Durran has been active in supporting Industry Development Initiatives,
and was an active member of the Federal Mandatory Renewable Energy Target
Working Group, National Green Power Accreditation Steering Group, and the NSW
Sustainable Energy Research and Advisory Council (SERDAC).

Martin Poole is the managing director at EPURON P/L. He graduated from the
University of Cambridge and has over fifteen years experience in the energy industry.

Before joining EPURON, he served as Vice President of Market Development for
Powerline GES Pty, Ltd and has consulted numerous energy companies in Australia
and the UK, including: Energy Australia, SEDA, IPART, NSW Sustainable Energy
Development Authority, and Combined Heat and Power Association in London.
