SILVERTON WIND FARM
The Silverton Wind Farm would contribute to the generation of renewable energy in NSW. It would help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by reducing our reliance on coal fired power stations and help fix the shortfall in power generation in the State. In an average year it could supply clean, renewable electricity for over 430,000 average NSW homes and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in NSW by approximately 3,500,000 tonnes per annum.
LOCATION
SILVERTON WIND FARM
Silverton Wind Farm will be located approx. 3km North of Silverton on the Mundi Mundi and Mt Robe Ranges, in western NSW, Australia.
